We use the information needed to process and deliver your annual card.
Information we process
Delivery email, order and payment references, fulfillment status, and support correspondence. Payment details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout. We do not collect your Duolingo password.
Service providers
Stripe processes payment. Our email provider sends delivery and secure order-link messages. The redemption platform processes the account and code you enter there under its own practices.
Order access and storage
Your browser stores the language preference and a private order access token so you can return to your order. Secure links should not be shared. Operational records are retained for fulfillment, accounting, dispute handling, and applicable retention requirements.
