Three steps to your Super year
Keep your redemption code private. You never need to send us your Duolingo password.
01 · Find your code
After payment is confirmed, find your code and exact redemption deadline in your email or secure order page.
02 · Open the redemption page
Open duolingo.hk.cn. Enter the Duolingo account you want to upgrade and your card code. Confirm the account is correct before activating.
03 · Confirm your membership
After successful redemption, check your account membership. A new membership starts then; existing membership time is extended by one year. Delivery alone does not confirm redemption.

Contact support with your order number and the error message. Do not send your password, full card details, or code in a public channel.
